After high school, singer-songwriter Yanni Burton set off for Juilliard to study the double bass. Not only has he since become the producer and general manager of the Salome Chamber Orchestra in New York (where he’s performed alongside celebrated artists like John Legend, Michelle Williams, Natasha Beddingfield, and Rufus Wainwright), the young musician just released a new single Awake, inspired by his own experience coming to terms with a relationship that had run its course.
